Our primary strategy is to focus on the acquisition, leasing, renovation and management of single-family residential properties throughout the Southeast focusing on the rental income and resulting yield to our investors this cash stream produces.

With all real estate investments, there is potential for additional return in the form of Housing Price Appreciation (HPA) but the success of the Prager strategy is not dependent on this HPA. Through the recognition of residential standards and information availability, Prager earns attractive risk-adjusted returns. Moreover, we are disciplined investors focusing on long-term business fundamentals. We believe that the combination of our industry knowledge, investment experience, and operational skill provides Prager with an advantage in identifying and creating value in investment opportunities.
