• Focus on single family residential real estate that have a predictable cash flow revenue stream
• A portfolio or asset that either is stable or where there is a clear path to stabilization of the tenant and rents
• Operating and investment strategies that can attract institutional capital as well as the acquisition and management for separate accounts for family offices or high net worth individuals
• Individual Equity investments range from $100k – $5.0 Million and Institutional investment ranges from $1.0 million to $20.0 million.
• Willingness to co-invest with like-minded, experienced investors or partner with institutions that want to grow with the Prager Group
